Hand dipped in certified organic, fair trade 38% milk chocolate, our old world, small batch browned butter caramels are hand made with organic cane sugar, Vermont cream and salted butter, organic vanilla beans, water, and organic tapioca syrup. The caramels in our 4 piece and 9 piece boxes are finished with a sprinkle of artisan Alaska Pure Sea Salt from Sitka, Alaska, creating a confection of smooth, toasted, buttery richness, with a touch of salt and sweet.
